How to Participate:
Each day, a new Sleep Smart Workout of the Day (WOD) will be posted in the Health Hub app, offering you a small, effective action to create a bedtime routine that truly relaxes you. Implement the action, utilize the accompanying mindfulness session, and then leave a comment. That's it!​​​​​
The Prize:
Every participant that completes and comments on all 7 days will be entered into our draw for a $25 TJX Canada Gift Card.
