HIIT

Strong

Equipment: Mat, Weights

 

Class Length: 30 minutes

This 30-minute session is dedicated to sculpting and toning your muscles through a series of high-repetition, strength-based movements. All you need is your mat and a set of weights or dumbbells to get started.

Cardio Boxing   

Equipment: none

Class Length: 30 minutes

Set to energizing music, Cardio Boxing incorporates dynamic boxing moves like punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to elevate your heart rate and melt away tension. 

Cardio-sculpture

Equipement : Tapis, poids

Using a combination of cardio exercises and strength training, Cardio Sculpt delivers a comprehensive fitness experience. Feel the burn as you work every major muscle group, all set to motivating music that propels you through the workout.

Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion seamlessly combines the best of yoga and Pilates, guiding you through a flow of invigorating movements that enhance flexibility, build core strength, and promote mindfulness. 

Stretch

Class Length: 30 minutes

Yoga

Calm

Equipment: none

Class Length: 10 minutes

Immerse yourself in the present moment, cultivate inner calmness, and discover the transformative benefits of mindfulness. Mind is an immersive guided mindfulness session designed to forge a connection between body and mind.

Core Flow

Equipment: None

Class Length: 10 minutes

Maximize your time with Core Flow, a quick and effective 10-minute Pilates-inspired session focused on strengthening your core. Using flowing, targeted movements, this class is designed to engage and tone your midsection while improving stability and control.

Core Circuit 

Equipment: none

Class Length: 10 minutes

Build strength and endurance with Core Circuit, a focused workout designed to challenge your core using strength-based movements and timed intervals. This structured session incorporates a series of targeted exercises that develop core stability and power while keeping you engaged and motivated.

Upper & Lower Body Burn

Equipment: Weights

Class Length: 10 minutes

Lower and Upper body burn are efficient session using weights to deliver a focused upper or lower body workout that builds power, endurance, and confidence.

Mobility Boost

Equipment: none

Class Length: 10 minutes

Take 10 minutes to refresh and recharge with Mobility Boost, a stretch-focused session designed to improve flexibility, ease tension, and enhance your range of motion. 

BodyBalance

Equipment: Mat

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. 

BodyCombat

Equipment: none

Get fast, fit and strong using non-contact martial arts-inspired exercises to fuel cardio fitness and train the whole body. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BodyPump

Equipment: Hand Weights, Barbell, Step or bench

The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the workout feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Core

Equipment: Resistance band, Hand Weights

Put the focus on your abdominal muscles in a short workout designed to improve your core strength and tone your abs.

Dance

Equipment: None

A high-energy, innovative workout created by dancers to challenge and uplift you.

GRIT: Athletic

Equipment:  Hand Weights, Barbell, Step or bench

High-intensity interval training that focuses on sports conditioning training to improve your overall athletic performance. 

GRIT: Cardio

Equipment: None

High-intensity interval training that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

GRIT: Strength

Equipment: Barbell, Hand Weights

High-intensity interval training designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.  LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaching, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

BodyAttack

Equipment: None

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. This class will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Low Impact

Equipment:  Hand Weights, Barbell, Step or bench

Ease your body into exercise with these simple low-impact workouts. These workouts are perfect if you’re a beginner, if you’re returning to exercise after injury, or if you just want low-impact movement.

Stretch

Equipment: None

Equipment-assisted stretching designed to increase your range of motion and relax your muscles. Using a variety of mobility and stretching techniques, this zero-impact workout will change your flexibility, increase your range of motion, relax your muscles and help your athletic performance.

Cycle

Equipment: Bike

Les Mills Cycle classes are with The trip, Sprint or RPM - all fantastic cycling workouts where you adjust your intensity and push through your physical or mental limits
